Objectives

Individual Learning Session: Recruitment Interviewing

At the end of this session you will:

  • have a good understanding of the key aspects of a recruitment interview.
  • have an awareness of selection techniques other than individual interviews.
  • be able to review your own selection practice, and that of your service, to ensure that the selection is handled as effectively as possible.
