Individual Learning Session: Personalisation Agenda - Reablement

At the end of this session you will:

  • understand what 'reablement' means
  • be able to define 'ability'
  • have a greater understanding what values and attitudes are necessary for 'reablement provision'
  • know how 'reablement' works
The learning objectives in this session link in to the following units:
  • Care Certificate:
    • 7.5 Understand how to support active participation:
      • 7.5d - Describe the importance of enabling individuals to develop skills in self-care and to maintain their own network of friends within their community
