Objectives

Group Learning Session: Mentoring Pack - Created by Nottinghamshire County Council

At the end of this session the candidates will:

  • understand their role as a mentor, its limitations and purpose
  • understand their own strengths and boundaries as a mentor, and where necessary identify their own support and development needs
  • be clear on how to run a mentoring session and focus on the outcomes for the mentee
  • be able to create a personal development and career development / enhancement action plan
  • link this action plan to the personal and business goals of the mentee

  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for HSC & CYP: Adults’ Advanced Practice:
